Treatmnet option in an atrophied maxilla The patient a man of 70 years old was very umhappy as there wasno retention with his total prosthesis and there was bucally not enough bone to put a normal implant either you are doing grafting, but patient did not want this. The choice was then to find One pice Tissue level Implants MS 30/16 ( ROOTT implants).

Implants were inserted, delayed loading and later, 4 monthes, the patient got an overdenture on a screw retained barre.

The patient 55 years was wearing a total prosthesis and very an happy and retention was very bad.

Treatment option was Sugery P implants an the bone was soft., D3, cancellous bone,temporary bridge, impression after surgery, key, try in of the frame and placement. Allscrew retained with angulated screw channels.

Treatment optin in the atrophied maxilla: The patient 63 years old wantes to replace his missing teeth in the left maxilla , right maxilla was done 6 years ago. The option was wxtraction and insertion od P implants ( ROOTT, Trate) in the extraction sockets as well Pterygoid implant as this implant quarantees a strong anchorage. Impression was done after the surgery , try in of the key and the frame. After 3 weeks a metal ceramic bridge was delivered with angulated screw channesls and the bridge was screwed in.
